I use the 2 "DVI Extender"s to get 2 SDI video streams out of my Mac Pro (8 core) via a ATI Radeon HD 5770 (2 minidisplayport, 1 DVI out)
When I start up only my main screen shows up (directly connected to DVI) , when taking out the USB power for Extenders and re-insert they work!
I am on newest "Extender" firmware.
I cannot upgrade the OS since GPU has best drivers for my software in this OS version.
Any ideas to get everything working without handling the USBs ???
