ATEM SWITCHER 1 M/E 4K control software keeps disconnecting

Hi, My Atem switcher keeps disconnecting after few minutes it connects. It disconnects the first time and comes back in seconds then goes off again and never returns back to the display. I am using the default IP

192.168.10.240
255.255.255.0
192.168.10.1


and in the network section in preference i configured it o n default as manual setting

192.168.10.10
255.255.255.0

Don't know why it connects and then disconnects again.

Please any help would be appreciated as i need this to get working before Tuesday. Thanks

Are you talking about control panel or PC disconnecting?
Wired or wireless?

Try changing your switch/router.

Im talking about the Atem Software control panel.


The Atem is connected to my macbook pro via ethernet cable not a router

So just a crossover cable?

Are you able to test it on another PC just to make it behaves the same?

Unfortunately i have no other pc to check it with
