ATEM Production Studio 4k stopped working after update 7.0.2

I updated the firmware to 7.0.2 and the switcher freezes and won't work anymore. The preview buttons don't work and I can't connect to it via ethernet nor via usb. Anybody had a similar experience? Is there a way to downgrade?

Install an older version like 7.0 or 6.9 software on your pc.

See if it Will "update" with usb connected..


Btw did you power cyclo the whole unit after the software update??

Yes, I did a number of times.. no luck. I'll try Updating with the 6.9 which was the previous version it was running on.
is there any other option if that doesn't work?

I rolled back to 6.9 and it is working properly again.
Should I try and reinstall 7.0.2 to see if it was an error during the installation process or leave 6.9 until a new update comes out?
I'm wondering if this happened to other users too..
