1.) RCA is an analog connection (mostly used by amateurs) with identical electrical parameters like the BNC connector (mostly used by professionals). So a simple mechanical convertion is necessary to "convert" RCA to BNC.
2.) When you want to connect an analog camera to ATEM, you will need a converter e.g.
- the Atlona AT-HD120 (see above) which converts analog RCA to HDMI
- the Blackmagic Analog to SDI-Converter, which converts analong BNC to digital/SDI-BNC. Here you need an adaptor CRA to BNC, when using with a camera with RCA connevtion.
When you wish to conncect by SDI, you have to use the "analog to SDI converter".
