If it exists at all, it is a custom case. BM illustrations do not allays depict actuall equipment, but are artist renderings.

I would suggest doing what I did. Send the image to a local case maker with the dimensions of the equipment involved and they should be able to give you a ballpark cost. If I remember correctly I got a quote of around AU$800.00, that said, custom cases are expensive in Australia.
