I have the new BM Television Studio HD and Hyperdeck Studio Mini mounted side by side in the rack.
Why does the HD Studio Mini not have matching VU meters to the TVS HD? The TVS HD VU Meters have 20 Green bars then 12 Yellow Bars and finally 12 Red bars on the top. The Hyperdeck Studio Mini has Mostly Green Bars: about 32, Then a small number (about 6) Yellow and 3 or 4 Red at the very top
Also the Left and Right Channels seem to be reversed on the HD Studio Mini. If you feed the HD SDI out of the Television Studio HD directly to the Mini Recorder, the Left channel VU on the switcher is the Right Channel VU on the Recorder.
Shouldn't the VU display scales match between these 2 devices from the same manufacturer?
