Using Web presenter with ZOOM

PostMon Apr 24, 2017 5:28 pm

I am looking at purchasing a Web Presenter (BMD-BDLKWEBPTR) and am wondering if it works with ZOOM, rather than Skype? Can't seem to find any info on this.

If it can use a webcam it can use the web presenter.

I actually tested out our Web Presenter with Zoom the other day, and rather than a single source to select, all possible framerate and resolution combinations appeared in the drop down menu. It works once you select one, but I am not sure that Zoom is intelligently switching between them as bandwidth conditions demand, which is the point of the Web Presenter. I have updated Zoom and still see this occur. Any advice would be appreciated.
