Setting Up Ursa Mini to ATEM Prod. Studio 4k

Have read the manual on-line and cannot get the setup to work where we may control the Ursa Mini via one of the program outputs of the Prod. Studio 4k. Of course the manual shows an ATEM with something like five outputs on ours has but two program outputs (one labeled "HD")

Any and all help would be appreciated.

I'm assuming you have a program out feed going into the UM's SDI in. On the camera, there's a setting in the menu to set what ID the camera has - set this to match the input on the ATEM, and you should see the CCU override the current camera settings.

We have the URSA Mini camera hooked up directly to the ATEM Production 4K via Camera SDI Out to Input Number 5 on the Switcher and cannot see even bars generated from the camera into the Switcher via the Multi-View out.

Double check the framerate on camera and switcher, they must match. If that doesn't fix it, try a new cable. This "just works" for me.
