Least Expensive HD DSK

Hi,

I have a background video. I have another key+fill pair that will act as the DSK (overlay). What is the least expensive piece of BMD hardware to accomplish this task? Any other function is meaningless for this project.

All SDI, 1080.

Preference for the least latency/delay. Ideally, the equipment will not require a preview or interface monitor to do it.

ATEM Television Studio HD has enough inputs and the keyer needed, for $1000. Configure settings once, then save autostart settings and it should be plug and play from then on.

Decklink SDI card in internal keyer mode.
