No Signal On Hyperdeck Studio Mini's

So we just got 3 of the new SDI Card Hyperdeck's in. Updated all the software in them. All three are having the same issue. They randomly will accept signals. 60% of the time they just say no signal. I take the input into our 4k video assist... signal is there, I re-plug it back into the hyperdeck... no signal. I try multiple resolutions. No luck. Then all of a sudden for no reason it works. Then when I power down it won't work upon powering back up. And then the circus starts all over again. Once I had the signal, and was also outputting from the hyperdeck to a 4k video assist. Everything working correctly at 1080i 59.94. I formatted the card in slot 2, soon as I did that, the signal went to "no signal", and the 4k video assist went to a black screen at 545 PAL resolution. Needless to say this is extremely frustrating and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
