I have the HD TV Studio, running 7.0.3, and 2x HyperDeck Mini, not sure what version they are on since I don't have a USB A to C cable available. The HDTVS is showing No Device Detected under HyperDecks. IP address are set to 192.168.0.XXX and on the same subnet. I am able to ping all three machines from both a Mac and a Windows 10 machine. What am I missing?

Ditto. ATEM TV HD, Hyperdeck Mini, both on the same ethernet switch, and I can't get one to recognize the other. Also can't find anywhere in the config program to verify or edit the IP of the Hyperdeck Mini. HOW? WHY? HELP!

Did it work previously?? Or could it be that this function is not yet available on the HD Mini?? And will get released in a future firmware update??!!

The HDmini works fine with the ATEM, but my units had a note inside saying that you must upgrade the firmware to the latest version before using. I did not try them out of the box without an upgrade, so it is possible that new software may be required before the ATEM will talk to it. You never know with BMD...

However, once updated to HD firmware 5.1 and the IP setting on the HDmini and the ATEM are entered properly, it is fully functioning. You must not only set the IPs of everything in the same subnet, but you must enter the HDmini IP into one of the 4 machine control slots in the ATEM software or panel. Once all of this is setup it works great!

So the issue I had was that I forgot to enter the IP address in the Settings. Once I did that, everything works without issue. I did go ahead and update the HyperDecks to 5.1
