ATEM cannot get software control IP to work

I got this to work on another laptop and on a new one, I cannot get the USB icon to show up in the ATEM setup, and even though I verified the IP address on the old laptop, not showing up and no controls on the new laptop.

I have at least narrowed down the problem to this. On my Lenovo Ideapad, in device manager, the driver for the ATEM TELEVISION STUDIO HD has the yellow exclamation point and it says the digital signature for that device.

Can anyone help on this?

Sounds like the ATEM USB driver is not digitally signed (tsk) and is being blocked by secure boot. Disable secure boot in BIOS or use the startup option to temporarily allow unsigned device drivers and try again.
