Hi,
I've just got a new hyperdeck studio pro 4K SSD recorder out of the box. I'm trying to record HD 1098050i and it's showing NO INPUT. I've got another Hyperdeck studio in the rack and that can see the same input no problem. I've swapped the cabling out to check that, and it's all fine.
Is there a known issue with the Hyperdeck Pro firmware and recording 108050i? Is there new firmware I should try installing, or do I have a broken input section? The Pro plays back SSDs no problem.
