Teranex 2D loosing genlock

Hi

Has anybody experienced that the Teranex 2D switches to not use external reference?

Seems that the Setup is switched/reset from External to Input, and need to be reconfigured to use External.

using Teranex 2D FW 1.0.1.

Yes, I have same experience. Teranex 2D FW 1.0.1 seems not to be possible to lock to external Genlock reference. Even there is external BB signal and unit is locked on it (REF indicator lights), SDI output is not in sync. Also changing offset values in the REF menu have no result at all.
