ATEM TVS HD vs TVS Pro HD?

I recently got the TVS HD when it got released and it has been amazing thus far as a quick and easy switcher.
Then literally a week later, NAB happened, and they announce the Pro HD.

Honestly, I really would want BM to give us a deal if we bought the TVS HD and wanted to upgrade to the Pro, but is it really worth it for practically the same thing in a bigger form factor and control panel?

The Pro HD can't be used as a console for other switchers, so I don't think it's worth it.
