Web Presenter Issues (audio noise)

hi

i have problems with noise coming out of the webpresenter stream.
sounds like a waterfall ore something ....

the audio .....

hdmi loop is good , but the usb audio is s*it.

anny ideas .... ?

i'm a little pissed already of this product i think that was the bigest mistake i ever did.

What applications are you using it in?

Is the audio source HDMI, analog, mic, or SDI? What devices is connected to the Web Presenter?

The signal way:
camera [hdmi] to "ATEM Production Studio 4K" -> [SDI] to "Web Presenter" -> [usb] to computer = Noise
camera [hdmi] to "ATEM Production Studio 4K" -> [HDMI] "Intensity" -> [USB3] to computer = Fine Audio
all outputs from the ATEM Production Studio 4K" are fine, i tested it. only when i use webpresenter the audio sounds like sh*t.

Have you tried in other computers?

the audio source came from ATEM Production Studio 4K via SDI

same here.sdi noise at first,but I try to mute every analog input then no waterful kind of noise

BUT!!!

THE Sdi input is within some kind of impulse noise

One long and 3 short.

tested with hdmi and every thing is fine.

whats going on?tally noise? no option to close that.

please help me bmd

I got the same problem: even any connection, I listen a low noise (I tested in windows sound painel). It seems the noise of a fan...

The same here ion Greece for me.
I filmed a basketball game and all the time it had a noise....
When the volume of the mic (XLR) was louder, the noise was louder too.
I have try 3 different USB Cables to connect it to my pc (and mac) ..
The cable is responsible for that as i saw...
