Artifacts on supersource boxes

Hi,
I use the Atem 2 M / E mixer for 4 years. Since April, I regularly see artifacts on the boxes of the Supersource. If I switch sources to full screen, no problem. Artifacts appear only on the Supersource. What to do ?

What version of code is your ATEM software?
Are you using the current ATEM Switchers 7.2 Update?

Is a portion of the box edge missing pixels?
How would you describe the artifact?
What video signal standard are you running?

We noticed several improvements in the past two versions.
I no longer notice box edge issues while running 1080p 29.97.

I would highly recommend updating to 7.x code if your ATEM is still using 6.x.

Does anyone else have this issue? We've had the same problem with our 2 M/E. The sources are fine when switched and used fullscreen, but when used in the SuperSource they have a constant 'sparkle' across them.

I use it on the 2 M/E Broadcast Studio every day running 7.2, no problems.

i have the same problem. sparkles in the super source boxes.
in fullscreen every source is ok
atem 2 M/E (one of the first ones) with 8.5.3
is there any solution?

i also have the same problem with the ATEM 2M/E - the supersource flicker on all formats (but just the lower half of the supersource) even if no image source ist pluged into the ATEM 2M/E

Firmeware: 8.52
SN: 2078052

Did anyone knows why it flickers? The ATEM works great for 6 years.
