Actualizacion software Atem

Hola tengo un ATem 4 k y no me deja actualizar por el puerto usb , el eqquipo esta trabajando con una version mas antigua de software 6.5 y está bien.
pero al querer actualizar me pide que entre el numero de puerto manual y queda pensando, sin actualizar . que solución puede tener, gracias

Hello Ricardo. Try disconnecting the Ethernet cable and only connecting the USB cable from your computer to the ATEM. Run the ATEM Setup Utility. You should see the ATEM there. If not check your USB cable.
