Help to Connect jack 0,206" mic headset

Hi everybody

I need your help: Can not operate a headset Beyerdynamic headphone on a BlackMagic studio camera.
I bought the jacks 0.206 "to replace the XLR plug of the microphone, but it does not work.
I have tried few possibilities, but none works and I don't find a diagram of the plugs neutrik jack 0,206" nor of the studio camera.

Problem resolve.

The problem come from BeyerDynamic headset cable. Hot point microphone touch ground in headset side connector. So normal it doesn't work. Thx Beyer go work...
