Web presenter's output is lagging

Hello
my name is nico and i have a problem with the web presenter because all i get from it reliably lags. Motions are not smooth but discontinuous.
On the builtin display motions are smooth.
No matter what input source via hdmi i tried (dslr, pc hdmi out), the stream obs and other viewers on the pc show is lagging.
Connected web presenter with mac book pro and linux box, both exhibit the same behaviour.

What can i do?
