Web Presenter lip flap

Hi there,

Trying to use the Web Presenter for a 24x7 live application. No matter what the source I always end up with audio/video sync issues after a couple of hours of uptime. No issues with other adapters so PC is unlikely. Is a real issue and makes it difficult to continue using this product.

Seeing a lot of people reporting the exact same issue both here and in other forums/reviews/etc. Any word from Blackmagic on when this is fixed? Had planned on buying a few more for some live streaming applications I have coming up but probably won't if this isn't resolved.

Contact BMD Support and report the problem! Saying it here in the user forum does not work as good as reporting it as a problem with support.
