Gameplay livestream with OBS Studio & deckling mini recorder

first of all this is my first post, so hi everyone!

I want to do a livestream on twitch via OBS capturing live Gameplay from another PC using the decklink mini recorder 4k.
So I got one streaming PC where the deckLink is built in and I want to link it via HDMI with another PC where a game is played and capture this game with sound and make a scene in OBS Studio.

Do you know if this is possible? Which software do I have to use on the gameplay PC?

Yes, this is possible. No additional software is needed on the gameplay PC, it sees the capture card as a monitor and works normally. I would recommend that you either use a capture card with an HDMI output like the Decklink Studio 4K, or use an HDMI splitter from your gameplay PC to go to the mini recorder and a monitor - your player needs to see what they're doing somehow!
