Hyperdeck Studio Pro SDI input

I just bought Hyperdeck Studio Pro ,when I connect two video source to the SDI input, only portA is working, the cable is ok.
Please HELP !!

Thats called great marketing so people buy something they want but it isnt actually what they think it is.
Its because its not a 4ch recorder, its a single channel recorder that records high bandwidth sdi signals which can be delivered over 4 sdi streams.

It's not a 4k recorder either!

Currently it can record 1080i max to Prores or Uncompressed only. Future firmware updates may enable more of its advertised features, but nobody can tell you if / when any individual feature may work.

There is no reason that BMD couldn't make it able to record multiple streams of HD, but who knows if they have any intention on doing this or when it might happen?
