Decimator MD-HX can't handle 720p60 HDMI input

Hi all!

I see on this forum a lot of good people using Decimators. I have a problem with one location, where I'm doing live-streams. I don't have access to AV equipment, so I can't check what device generates a video signal. I have only access to HDMI socket.

I have 720p60 signal. In Decimator spec there is info that Decimator can work with this signal. But I have a problem...

I've never had such an issue. Can you check with a different cable maybe?

Would echo the new cable test, and make sure your MD-HX firmware is up to date.

Also check with just a monitor plugged into the HDMI socket you're given to make sure the signal itself isn't cutting in and out, and if confirmed that it's not, output (from your laptop/camera/something under your control) a 720p60 video signal and see if it's the Decimator's port.

I had a MD-HX on the bench so i tested it right away. Does work flawless.. So check your HDMI cable, HDMI Source, Connect a different source.. Maybe your port is defective..

I run UCP 2.0.7 and the HX has firmware 1.4
