DeckLink_Studio_4K can not get the signal of HD SDI

My company bought a list of products, such as DeckLink Studio 4K, DeckLink Quad 2, but when we integrate it to ubuntu system (14.04),can not get HD SDI signal, can get standard SDI signal

Are you using a "HD" high bandwidth 3/6G SDI cable? If not, that could be the issue.
