Has anyone tried this? Will the new ATEM TVS HD see an Apple TV via HDMI, and then send it via SDI? The HDCP / EDID issues of HDMI plague me so often, I'm scared to try this with a new client.

Here's my proposed signal chain:

Apple TV--->HDMI--->ATEM TVS HD--->SDI out--->SDI distributor---->SDI-HDMI Mini Converter--->HDMI Projector

This will also go to other TVs and Projectors both HDMI and SDI. My concern is specifically with the HDCP handshake. Will it go black on me?

Hello Aaron. If the content has HDCP, it will be black with all of our products.
