Is there a way to test a DeckLink Duo card?

Greetings. We have a DeckLink Duo card installed in a 2012 MacPro tower. We use Wirecast for our encoder.

Recently Wirecast has been crashing after about 30 minutes. Every time we use it. Today I was glancing at the crash report and noticed a couple of lines referring to the capture card in the crashed thread. (I don't know how to read crash reports, but I'm trying to figure out the problem.)

I have not consulted Wirecast because we are running a version which they stopped supporting quite some time ago. So I am curious if there is any way to test the BM card to make sure there are no problems there.

Hello Dee Dee. The best way to test our cards is using Media Express and either viewing in the app or recording to disk.
