Audio Distrotion Issue with ATEM 2 M/E

I'm using an ATEM 2 M/E at 23.98p, taking audio in analog to the XLR inputs on the ATEM. Everything is working perfectly, except randomly maybe every hour or so the audio will start sounding all distorted and aliased, like a sample rate issue (which is not possible since it's analog), then it will clear up on its own. The device that's feeding it is clean when this happens. Anyone else ever have this issue? Is there a fix? I may have to use an embedder after the switcher for a quick fix, hopefully it's not some sort of clocking issue on SDI feed itself. Any suggestions much appreciated.

You are not alone.

Did you use ONLY the analog input or did you also use an audio thru 1 SDI input (like camera audio channel) ?

Do you have the Item 2 m/e 4k or the old model?

Hmmm. We also had a job where we were using our 2M/E (old model) and the audio coming out of Teranex boxes had robot sound - both when spitting out analogue or AES. When we switched to Mini converters and analogue jack out it was solved.
I'd be interested to know signal paths for people with issues.

I have heard that the 6G models have this problem on occasion..
the 12G model seems not to have this issue.. I have never experienced it.. But seen several reports of the 6G model having issues with th audio

I have the same Issue with an atem 1me 4K while recording on a shogun through sdi. I sent the audio from the FOH through clé to atem audio In and got this trouble every 10/15 min during 5 minutes. On the second day I recording both analog and sdi and the analog (going out from atem) was clean.
