ATEM Production Studio 4K Booting Issues

I was using firmware 6.9 and my Production Studio switcher worked fine but I once updated to version 7 and I got problem while booting up the hardware as it never boot and have to try 4-5 times to switch off and on the power to boot it. So I downgraded it to 6.9 but now I again upgraded to 7.2 and it is again creating the same problem. Has anybody else have the same number problem ? Also is it possible then I can downgrade the firmware of hardware to 6.9 but can use the 7.2 version software to control it ?

The software and hardware must be the same version.

I actually also have Production Studio HD Pro running 7.2 so its tough call
