Decklink Mini Recorder PCI

Hello,

I have a simple question: Is the Decklink Mini Recorder compatible with OBS?

It works well with Premiere Pro for capturing but not in OBS.
I have tried two separate cameras (Panasonic GH2 and a Sony Handycam via HDMI.

My output stream is either completely scrambled or black. I do get a preview though when I go to the BM decklink settings within OBS.

I am on a Mac Pro OSX Sierra. Maybe I don't get the settings right in OBS

Furthermore: Should I not have received Media Encoder Express with the software package?

I'm on windows:

I have been using the Mini Recorder 4k and Intensity Pro 4k for about a year with OBS Studio. It comes with the decklink plugin by default. Be sure to use a blackmagic source, instead of a capture device source.

Mini Recorder works fine for me. Key is to make sure the OBS Decklink source settings match the decklink settings else I end up with just a black screen.
