Drone Live feed in ATEM to SMD Screen

I have directly input Drone Phantom 4 in my ATEM Switcher as 1080 60 P setting as all my cameras also support 1080 60P so no problem here but when I am giving SDI Signal to SMD Processor for live video feed it doesn't get the 1080P signals and the moment I switch to 1080i it gives the signal. I also have BMD SDI TO Analog converter and it also only work on 1080i signal only. Please help

It seems that your smd processor can´t work with 1080p60. So there are two solutions: You can change everythingt to 1080i or 720p or you use converter like decimator MD-hx to change your 1080p signal to a 1080i signal.

I also have BMD Updown Cross converter does it help in anyway.

Well put it in downconvert and output 720P.. It will be fine i guess..

Also could be that you are sending the wrong format 1080P. 3G-SDI Standard A vs B problem..
Check you mixer settings. you can change that.. But there is a real change some gear does not work anymore because of the other standard..

So try first with the UDC.. I hope it supports Type A and B. But for this type of issues i always carry 2 decimators with me.. Live savers as they can convert anything up to 1080P.

Also which led scaler is it? Maybe this can help figure out what it specs are..

The thing which bugging me is it might be the case that smd processors only work on interlace and not progressive

1080i maybe.. But the thing is. You don't know the specs of the processor. This puts you in the position that you need to downconvert the signal to see if it works with lesser resolution..

Most scalers / led processors don't support 1080P on sdi.. That is now upcoming in the newest led processors..

But if it is a budget processor it will do 1,5G-sdi only.. so 10-80I or 720P would be fine..

Not to be a dick or anything, but just to point out that even though you are technically correct referring to your display as an SMD screen, all LED, SMD & COB displays are still referred to as LED displays.
