Latency Audio at the time of recording

Hello people. I have a Blackmagic USA mini pro and when I'm recording and monitoring the audio output through the headphone, I realize a small latency, a delay in the audio. This is normal? The recorded audio file is perfect, but during recording I always monitor with this delay. Is this correctable?

I believe the audio being monitored from the headphone output is the audio that has been delayed to match the video (which has a roughly 3 frame delay from live). Which means that if you listen to the audio and watch the video on screen, they should be in-sync, but that the audio will be delayed by a few frames from live.

Some cameras have a setting to switch between monitoring live vs. recorded audio, but it doesn't seem like the URSA Mini does. More in this thread:
