Hi friends,
I am having a problem with an iMac recognizing BOTH an intensity shuttle (thunderbolt) and a mini monitor (TB).
We are using wirecast to stream. The Intensity brings the program feed in from the ATEM and I want to output the wirecast program feed to a couple of televisions via HDMI over ethernet around the building. Doing this with a regular HDMI dongle yeilds video with no audio. I figured the mini-monitor would cure this.
Unfortunately, as mentioned above, the iMac only recognizes one or the other (depending on which is plugged in when wirecast is opened).
iMac is two years old, with 32gb RAM and the Intel i7 chipset.
Any recommendations to solving this conundrum?
