Atem Software crash at launch

Hi everybody, my atem software crash permanently at launch. Somebody have this issue ? How i can resolve her ? Thx for your help !

You did not specify a lot of info to work with..

PC or Mac? Which OS version..

But in common.. remove the software. Download it again from the website.. (Maybe something got corrupted when downloading)
And install it again.

Try updating Nvidia drivers with latest version by doing a clean installation (Choose "custom/advanced" then "perform a clean installation").
You can also try to run atem software as administrator.

Doing both solved the problem on one of our laptops last week.

Hi ok actually is stable, but just a question : How i can reorganise windows in multi view for ATEM Television Studio HD ? I see it in docs but not find it.

Open the software > Click the Gear Icon left down corner > "TAB" multiviewer > Select the source from the drop down menu's in the MV shown there.

I come back after some tests and experiences in real. I've can customize my interface with successfull, but even i follow your step for crash, (remove atem, remove nvidia drivers, install properly new nvidia drivers, install atem...) i've always aleatory crash on my atem softawre...

And i'm now on fresh windows install, fresh nvidia install, and crash again aleatory... It's a real problem when you do a live.

Well you might look at a different PC then.

I have 8 different Pc's and laptops all running Atem software without a problem.

From simple i5 with windows 7 up to Beefed up machines with Windows 10 pro.

And even old laptops

I think it is more related to your computer or some software on your computer doing weird things..

Arf i go to investigate and come back, i hopes, with an answer.

It's seems that's come from SS2DevProps.dll (dll from Sonic Studio II)

Well i can't do anything with this information. And this is not an BMD support, but User based support forum.

If you call or email support from BMD the first thing they will say is install it to another computer / laptop. Does it work? Then ok work from that PC/laptop.. "Something must be wrong with your pc"

If 50 people would report the same problems then they would dive deeper into it. But in this case sounds like a single computer system issue..
