Hyperdeck Mini USB Problem

Hi, i've try to connecte my Hyperdeck Mini by usb but it isn't recognized !

• I've try by USB 3 type C to usb 3 port standard type A : not recognized by software
• I've try by USB 3 Type C to USB 3 Type C : not recognized too

Can you help me ? What USB cable have you buying ? Thx !

Hello Claymenia. The Hyperdeck Mini is a USB2 device. Any USB type A (to computer) to USB-C cable (to Mini) should work. It may be necessary for you to contact Support.

hi, thx for answer, i've buy two different cable on amazon and test it soon with a clean install on my pc.
