Assigning macro to 1ME hardware Control Panel?

I have a ATEM 1ME switcher connected to 2 hyperdeck Minis and a 1ME hardware control panel. I am trying to find a way my director can trigger record starts and stops on both hyperdecks simultaneously. I have written macros to both start and stop the hyper decks, is there a way to assign a macro to one of the normal buttons on the control panel?

There is a macro key on the smart control buttons. Push it and the macros load onto the assign bus keys.
