The Audio and Video is coming from an Blackmagic intensity Shuttle 3.0 (BM)
I called the support team for our streaming service and we discovered the audio was not working correctly from the BM. vMix is a software based solution program that allows us to create dynamic live productions. In that program we had to create a separate audio connection to the BM device. In the past the one connection to that device worked for both video and audio, but alas it no has to be separated. Losing one of the 4 allowed connections leaving room for 1 less camera.
At least it is resolved. No more audio cutting out. For this I am greatful
