Hi All,
Been having problems with audio for awhile now. I have a BlackMagic Web Presenter. Firware updated to 1.2. I'm streaming thru WireCast 7.7 on Windows. I connected mic's thru an 8 track mixer then out by USB to PC. Thru headset, audio is clean. But when streamed, there is a significant hiss. Checked and replaced the mic's, Even bought a new mixer, thinking the old one was grounded or something. But still the audio has a hiss. When I turn off the mixer, the hiss is gone. I also used another computer thinking that there might be a problem with the USB connection, but the hiss is still there.
Reason I'm connecting thru USB, is that, when I connected the mixer to XLR in of the Web Presenter, WireCast doesn't pick it up even if the display meters on the Web Presenter is picking up audio from the mixer.
Anyone, help please! Been racking my brains out for at least a week now.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me out.
