problem to control micro studio camera 4K by ATEM

The setup :
- 4 BMD micro studio camera 4K
- Arduino Shield 3G SDI
- ATEM production 4K
- BMD SDI distribution 4K

I want to control the camera by SDI in, but it doesn't work. I control the focus by the arduino, but not by the ATEM.
I use ATEM output to shield, shield to SDI distribution, and camera in.
It's not plug and play ? On the camera the iris and shutter are on manual trigger.

Why doesn't work ?

First go back to the basic. As we can not check if you have your software right for the shield.

Remove the shield and make a direct line from the atem to distribution.
- Do you see Tally light up on the camera? And does it match with the channel that is live?
- Are you able to control the cameras from the Atem now?
- Have you set the Camera ID's in the camera? See Menu. If the camera ID does not match the channel you try to control nothing will happen.

If then you are able to control your camera's from the atem control panel. Then we go deeper to look were your problem is.

I already remove the shield, and test it. I can't be able to control the cameras. I have set the camera ID's in the camera.
In june, it was work with two cameras and the shield. But I was with ATEM 7.1.2 and now with ATEM 7.2. I have downgrade the ATEM but nothing works. It's strange.
I will start again from scratch tomorrow.

Which output on the Atem are you using?

For example the SDI multiviewer and SDI Downconvert outputs don't have Anc data in them. And so will not work for Shading.

Use a Program or Aux output.
