Windows7 issue

I plugged a Web Presenter into my Win7 machine and installed the setup program. Setup shows a Web Presenter is connected. I'm using the front USB.
In devices manager initially it said I had an input device. I had to shut down my machine to move it. Web Presenter is only showing up as an audio device now.
I've uninstalled and installed the setup program with no change.

Also, in OBS there was nothing listed in "video card" to choose as input. I'm guessing this is since the computer isn't seeing the Web Presenter.

Any advice appreciated.

My win7 web presenter appears in "Devices and Printers" only as an audio device. Select the device and then click on "Hardware" and Web Presenter is shown as type "Imaging devices" besides type audio. More important I'm able to tell OBS to Create/Select Source "webcam". VideoLan can also see Web Presenter's video and audio inputs. I don't recall installing any drivers for USB/Web Presenter.
