ATEM 2M/E Avoid twinkling phenomenon of super source ???

Hi,guys

I used the TEAM 2M/E, MY system is 625/50i (also means SD ,720*576,4:3), I used super source to make 3 camera signals on the screen at the same time, but there have many flicker spots .

But when I changed the system format to 1080/50i(HD,1920*1080,16:9),the flickers are disappered. NO twinkling phenomenon !

Can somebody tell me how to avoid these flicker spots on system 625/50i,SD when I use the super source (also called picture in picture)????

Okay, so I had one of my team take a look at this and we are not seeing it. Can I have you try something for me?

Can I have you roll back one version of the software (this will force a firmware flash to the older firmware).

Then power the system off and back on. Then reinstall the newer version and let it flash again (back to the newer). Power it off for a few moments and try again.

Let us know how that goes.

It seemed that this vision didn't support super source?!

when I want to use the super source on August,I search for the new software,I found "Blackmagic ATEM Switchers 3.3 for Windows " is here.Then I used this vision.

But I found that there also had a vision "Blackmagic ATEM Switchers 3.2 for Windows
Date Added: 06 August 2012
Size: 276.5 MB"
But I never used it ,I update my software from 3.1 to 3.3,without 3.2

May this is the problem caused the flicker phonemon?

Not likely, but i really just wanted to make sure there was no firmware error, hence the going back and forth. But ultimately you will need to end up on 3.3. So it won't hurt to go to 3.2 then to 3.3, but it shouldn't matter. But you can try it, it will only take a few moment.
