1 M/E and 2 M/E Panels at the same time?

PostThu Oct 19, 2017 5:41 pm

I was wondering if it is possible to run both a 1 M/E and 2 M/E Panel at the same time. The first M/E would be for live streaming, and the second M/E would be for IMAG.

if you are asking if two panels (one 1m/e, the other 2m/e) can both be connected to one 2M/E switcher, the answer is yes.

be aware that both M/E's will be active on the 2 M/E panel, and can control whichever M/E the 1 M/E panel is set to control, and vice versa. As long as your TD's are aware of this and mindful of which M/E they are operating it shouldn't be a problem.

Yeah, should work out ok, as long as your running with a 2me Atem
Obvs. any thing else will only have the one program output, and not a second out for me2.(Imag)
Also ensure both panels have differing IP addresses entered in them.
