Decklink Duo 2 as few devices?

Have an idea to buy DeckLink Duo 2 or Quad and have an question about how OS shows device. One In/Out like separate device or not.
I wanna to take from one Camera and make stream via vMix or OBS, for second camera use ffmpeg stream. And Im not sure if I take one camera...can I take RAW from second port by other app.

They are separate I/O devices.
