Hyperdeck Studio Pro

My hyperdeck has an issue where all the lights are red and it won't operate. Any ideas? All firmware is up to date.

Something of this nature could be due to a premature cable disconnect during a firmware update. You'll want to contact your regions support office to have the unit looked at.

My experience with an issue like that means the unit has failed. You can try doing a firmware downgrade and then upgrade (if possible), but if that doens't work, it's dead.

I would recommend putting some space between the units in your rack. They run really warm and the heat doesn't have any place to go when they are against each other.
