Panasonic DVX200 with ATEM

PostThu Nov 09, 2017 3:08 pm

My switcher will not show video (but the audio works) from my Panasonic DVX200 Camera set to 1080p 29.97.

I have tried switching both to 59.94 and it works, but I need it to be 29.97 because I am using an imac to roll-in videos and it only works at 29.97.

HELP! I have a production on Saturday.

Not going to happen with a DVX200. This camera outputs 1080PsF when set to 1080p24-30, so when the Camera is set to 1080p20.97, it will only output 1080PsF29.97 or 1080i59.94. It will only output a true progressive signal when set to 720p50.9. See the video output table on this chart (right side):

Thanks Denny,

Is there a work around for this? I own the camera and just bought the switcher.

Decimator MD-HX or other unit to convert your imac to the desired frequency.
