ATEM Software not finding switcher in High Sierra

I recently updated my Mac Pro to High Sierra.
Since the update, the software control panel of the ATEM switcher cannot locate my Production Studio 2ME 4K.
It is visible in ATEM setup, I can ping it with Network Utilities, but the Software Control panel (ATEM application) cannot find the switcher.
Any tips would be appreciated. I'd rather not go back to my previous OS.

Nothing of this nature has been reported when people have upgraded to High Sierra. That said, something simple that could resolve the connection issue might be to uninstall and then reinstall the ATEM software and see if the connection issues are cleared up. Also be sure that no settings have been changed on the computer from beforehand.

I had a similar issue. I think it ended up being some type of corrupted settings with the ethernet device when I updated to High Sierra. Whenever I use ATEMs I have a "Location" setup in network settings that turns off wifi and sets my ethernet device to a static IP.

If I remember correctly, I ended up deleting all my "locations" and starting fresh. If that doesn't work, try deleting the network adapter using the - sign and re-adding it with the +
