Creating Animated Targa files from Beginning to End with Pho

I've created an animated Lower Third in Photoshop and not sure if I've set up the background and/or Alpha correctly. As when I import the TGA files into my Media player, then assign it to a DSK - the DSK "On Air" overwrites the current Video image instead of the background being transparent and the lower third showing up as it should. It's just a Black background with my lower third on top of the Background. In Photoshop there seems to be several ways to set it up and several ways on how to Export the Animated Video.

I think the issue may be in the inital set up of the Photoshop layers and/or the format in which I export the TGA files.

Can someone provide me with what the settings for both need to look like in order to work in my ATEM 2 M/E as a DSK?
