the monitor give up working....., it seems like there is no power in mother board ( i used it before with my BMCC via HD-SDI) and it was OK. But now even when i connect it to the smart view software, no sign it's like the monitor doesn't exist at all.
Ours had an issue where if it flexed a certain way it would cut off, ended up getting a swap from our vendor and the second one was just fine. If you're within the return period i'd try to get it exchanged, otherwise contact BMD Support directly.
i guess the same problem here, cause putting on the front of monitor on a table, i discover that it's not plat, (only three corner take contact with table )
