Thinking about ATEM Television Studio

Hey all -
I'm thinking about buying the ATEM Television Studio for live webcasting. I'm not a *total* newbie, but I'm also not an expert when it comes to this stuff. I was hoping I could post the set up I have in mind, and let you guys tell me if it makes sense, or if I should reconsider anything.
I want to input 3 cameras (Gh2, T2i, 7D) in a ATEM Television Studio, which will go into my computer via a mini-recorder.
My concerns right off the bat are:
1. Whether or not these cameras will all be able to output to a mutual usable format for the ATEM.
2. Audio latency. The Mini-Recorder causes a 3-4 frame delay in the video. Can I just output my audio from my Apollo to the ATEM with XLR cables, and then it will be in sync with the cameras after both go through the Mini-Recorder together? If that won't do the trick, what are common solutions for audio latency with the Mini-Recorder?
Thanks!
Brian
