UltraStudio Mini Recorder on High Sierra

I just purchased my first Black Magic device, the UltraStudio Mini Recorder. Not working.

Hooked up to a Sony EX1, tried via SDI and HDMI. Not recognized in Desktop Video Setup 10.9.7, which is the latest one from the site: https://cl.ly/0F0T282B2n2T

It is recognized in the Apple Profiler: https://cl.ly/0Z3A3K1q2o1D

I'm using a 2015 13" Macbook Retina, High Sierra 10.13.1.

I really thought this would be an easy device to plug and play, so I have to order something else tomorrow if the Black Magic isn't going to work. I appreciate any help out there!

I have the same problem since i updated my Macbook to High Sierra yesterday.
Is it a driver issue or what can i do to fix the problem? I use the mini Recorder for several years without a problem.

Hope someone can help me because i use the mini recorder almost daily.

I updated High Sierra to the latest. I've tried all the output settings on the EX:

HD SDI/Component
SD SDI/Component
HD HDMI
SD HDMI Progressive
SD HDMI Interlace
Composite

and hooked up through SDI and HDMI.

I even tried with iLink enabled and disabled.

Wow, ok.I thought this was the official support channel for Blackmagic devices? Am I wrong? Is there another way to contact technical support?

For now, it looks like you can't use BlackMagic Ultrastudio devices with the latest macs. Good to know.

I have Blackmagic UltraStudio Mini Recorder . I am using that for desktop recording.When i tried to capture a laptop screen the signal was detected but when i tried to capture the output from switcher
( J6 NOVASTAR) the signal is not detecting or i am not getting the signal on Blackmagic Desktop .
